Shipping Policy

Elythe partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which collaborate with local courier services—allowing us to deliver directly to your doorstep and proudly offer flat-rate free shipping.

You will be charged at the time of your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process

We require an average of 1-3 business days to process your order and transport it to our shipping partner’s sorting center. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 14 days) or if your order includes popular items with availability issues.

Once your order is processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make changes (including address changes). We ship only to the address provided at the time of the order.

We ship only on business days, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered on different days, as the locations of our manufacturing partners vary.

Tracking

All orders with tracking are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been handed over to the shipping partner’s sorting center.

With some shipping companies, it may take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there are still no updates on your tracking number, please contact us.

Shipping times vary depending on the country or region. Exact delivery dates are not specified or guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:

While we do everything to ensure your order is delivered on time, Elythe cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, inclement weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Elythe has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for all incurred import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs regulations vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Elythe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We use timestamp information from the tracking link and the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Addresses

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct before submitting an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes after the order is placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
